Our Hāngi Cooker range caters to people wanting a portable, timely and convenient solution for preparing Hāngi, our cookers are durable and easy to use and have an indefinite lifespan provided they are cleaned after each use.

We were blown away by the similarity in flavour between our Christmas lunch and our memories of the traditional Hāngi that we have enjoyed in Rotorua. Our guests were so impressed by the combined result of firstly smoking then steaming our food, the instructions were easy to understand and simple to follow, our chicken and lamb was moist, the vegetables were tender and our meal was so delicious, which made for great leftovers!
